How it works:
A service running on a server or PC on your customers network can be set to scan for all multi-functional devices. This service automatically sends meter reading data to a Secure Scan Archive server over the
Internet, on a daily or weekly basis.
The data from the monitored print devices is interpreted by the Secure Scan Archive server and subsequently retrieved, without manual intervention, by the Commonsense server.
Dealers can access the Secure Scan Archive at any time, using unique logon credentials, to enquire on meter reading usage for any of their monitored machines.
