In summary the core Commonsense System includes:
- Full accounting suite including Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers, Management Accounting and Cash Book.
- Sage Transfer Utility – allowing you to use Sage Line 50 and Sage Line 100 as your accounts package and import Commonsense produced invoices into your Sage package, if this is your preference.
- Stock Management with multi-warehouse options, Machine Stock Database and Engineers Car Stock. Detailed stock reporting.
Purchase Order Processing with automatic generation of stock re-order levels and purchase orders. - Service Call Control with call prevention, part-tracking, links to credit control and warranty expiry dates. Automatic Toner Drop and Return to Fit call logging. With warnings on low toner usage.
- Invoicing and named Multi-Meter Billing, Block Billing, Chargeable Services Billing, Bulk-Free Billing, Periodic and Minimum Billing.
- Full service reporting providing feedback on engineer’s performance, problem and under-utilised machines among many others.
- Sales Order Processing with Pro-Forma invoices, alternate delivery addresses, Sales and Contact History, Consolidated invoicing, profitability by stock code and customer, Price profiles and Order Analysis.
- Reform Forms overlay printing – removes the need for pre-printed stationery, reducing cost and moving the control of document layout in-house.
- ODBC Reporting – allows your data to be imported into Access, Excel, Word and Crystal Reports.
- Email for Meter Readings – with model specific guidance for your customers on obtaining the reading from their copier.
- Call Alert / Call Escalation – provides close monitoring of service performance with email alerts where problems are not resolved.
- Call Notification – automatic emails to your customers when a service call is logged, despatched or closed.
