Copyrite Digital Systems, the Liverpool-based Ricoh Premier Partner of document and print management solutions, has selected 2serv to enhance operational efficiency across its business. This state-of-the-art service management software solution will enable Copyrite Digital Systems to further automate workflow processes and deliver an even better customer service.
According to Tom Doyle, Managing Director of Copyrite Digital Systems: “Having been a CBS user for many years, it was a natural choice to select 2serv as it is the most advanced service management solution currently available. As well as tightly integrating with our Sage accounting system, we are deploying the system on a subscription basis without the need for any upfront capital expenditure. The system will pay for itself as we use it.”
A key factor in making the decision was the fact that 2serv tightly integrates with Sage giving a single point of access and eliminating the need for rekeying data into separate systems. It includes a live link that makes invoices immediately available in Sage after being created in 2serv.
Copyrite Digital Systems will also be installing 2roam, a mobile application that empowers engineers equipped with tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices to access and update 2serv from any location. It will increase the productivity of the company’s field service team by enabling them to make more efficient use of their time and create a more professional impact with customers.
