ODBC Courses / Roadshows / Open days 2008

We have scheduled some more dates for the popular ODBC course. ODBC can be beneficial in many areas of your business allowing you to create your own ad hoc reports:

• Create a Profit & Loss report or sales (or engineer) performance report, that once set up can be run by anyone (given appropriate access) without in depth knowledge of Excel.
• You can access and analyse data to make informed management decisions.
  
• Presentations to clients on service performance statistics, shown in graphical format, will enhance any sales presentation or service management meeting.
