Multi-meter billing now available
With the onset of digital multi-function office equipment, it is no longer sufficient to rely upon one or two machine meters to generate your contracted service income.
In order to remain competitive, office equipment dealers will need to be considering charging for monochrome copies, colour copies, scans, A3 copies, A4 copies and every permutation in between.
The core billing changes will be provided free of charge to all supported clients under the terms of their support contract, although you may need to utilise an on-site training day/remote training if you have not already been trained on multi-meter software.
In addition to the above, extra functionality has been added to multi meter machines to allow more advanced types of meters to be defined e.g. calculated meters.
