CBS streamlines sales order processing with pro-forma invoices, consolidated invoicing and profitability reports by a flexible range of criteria including stock code and customer. They include multi-warehouse stock control, machine stock database and engineer car stock with automatic generation of purchase orders to help maintain optimum stock levels and eliminate the incidence of duplicate orders. It also helps to comply with regulatory requirements for the disposal of electrical products and waste.
CBS provides efficient management of automated requests for toner or ink cartridge replacement showing stock levels of products suitable for each specific device to ensure that the correct items are despatched every time. It allows OEM or compatibles to be supplied and helps to optimise stocks by monitoring actual yield against manufacturer specifications and generates automatic alerts when high or low toner usage is detected.
