Purpose Software has expanded its support capabilities with the appointment of Vincent Gilbert as Helpdesk Consultant. He will be responsible for providing the highest level of telephone and online support for the company’s full range of service management software solutions.
Vincent has over eight years’ IT support experience and joins direct from Chiltern IT, a national distributor of enterprise computer components. There, as Returns Manager, he ensured that all customer and supplier returns were handled in an effective and timely manner. Prior to this, he was a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist at Sky before joining 5G Communications as a Technical Support Analyst for telecoms and broadband services.
