Purpose Software is pleased to announce the launch of a new portal where users of our CBS and 2serv products can log and monitor their support calls. The portal also provides easy access to our knowledgebase and enables manuals and release notes to be viewed or downloaded.
This self-service portal will deliver significant time savings as it provides an even faster way to resolve your queries.
How to access the support portal
The portal can be accessed by authorised CBS and 2serv customers using their email and password at https://support.purposesoftware.co.uk
For users that may have emailed in to our ticketing system prior to the launch of this new portal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send an activation email.
Any new contacts that email into Freshdesk will automatically receive an email inviting them to setup their password for the portal.
What can be accessed on the support portal?
You can log a new ticket, review the status of your existing tickets, close jobs if resolved or post updates.
The knowledgebase can be searched for key terms or users can browse the different sections which are broken down into the different product streams – CBS and 2serv.
It is also possible to view or download product manuals and release notes.
