Software training
Purpose Software offer a full range of courses on our modules and services. This training may be
delivered at a customers site, using their own data or at our customer training facility in High
Wycombe. (Training is available at both User or System Administrator level).
Support consultants
Our highly trained specialist Support Consultants can offer individual site reviews to ensure you
get the most from your system now and in the future . As an independent software house, we are
able to offer a range of bespoke solutions that will most exactly meet your company requirements
as the business environment you operate in evolves.
Each customer is assigned a dedicated Support Consultant who acts as the primary contact for
support and training. We believe regular contact with our customers is a pre-requisite in
identifying and meeting their needs. The inclusive training days provided for customers on a
full support agreement will usually be undertaken by your allocated Support Consultant to

Software updates and downloads
User manuals on the modules and services are available for download as PDF documents.
In addition, full details of the latest product releases are available so customers can see the
latest features available and determine which of these would be of particular usefulness to
their business operation. These resources are password protected.
